Best Vacation Places: A Blog Review

Best Vacation Places
"
where you'll find the best places to go for fun and relaxation
"
Dear Reader,

Wow, Jade has done it again! I get to review a different blog from the Fabulous Diva. This time, it's a travel blog. The blog has a healthy mix of green and white. Green just makes me think of nature, perfect for nature trips or travel blogs. It makes me think of a tropical paradise. If that's the effect on me, just by looking at the header, then what more if I start to read the contents of the blog. I must say that the blog is very neat and not flashy. It fits the vacation places as more emphasis is then focused on the photos and the content.

The blog's content is a collection of international and local  for me (Philippines) destinations. I particularly enjoyed her description of places to see in Baguio. She enumerated and gave details plus it's a plus factor when she talked about how one could commute from Baguio.

There are lot of places to go and people to see. So, if you ever want to go on that vacation you so rightfully deserve, check out the places that the Best Vacation Places has reviewed. I guarantee you will have so much fun. From Nevada, to Baguio to places I've never heard of like Yogyakarta. Best Vacation Places is the place to be, to get that information you badly need.

The Biggest Contest in The Blogging Universe is Extended

Blogging Contest Extended
"
Now that the end is near, you don't have to curse yourself for sleeping too much instead of commenting on our blogs or doing reviews. You don't have to punish yourself anymore because our contest is EXTENDED! Until when? MARCH 18
"

Yay! The powers that be have decided to extend the biggest blogging contest ever and now you have more time to join and be part of this epic blogversary contest.

The complete schedule is posted at the beautiful blog of Miss Kaye.

Now, I can relax a little or push myself to my limits in the reviews and have fun bloghopping and spamming comments. (Mad laughter in background)

I should actually post about a bump I have on my wrist (which I happily report that I can lay blame on the biggest contest but I won't). It was from my pregnancy with my kids but then it hurts even more now that I have done how many reviews now?

I won't bore you anymore. I am just wishing for a contest score update, but alas, they must stick to the schedule and I need to be more patient.

I've got a lot more reviews to do but I'm swinging by my niece and nephew's foundation. They are performing in a play. Gotta go. This is definitely a rushed post.

This blog review is an entry for the biggest contest in the blogniverse

Dear Reader,

The blog resides in a very interesting domain. El Caliente Mamma, if I'm not mistaken is Spanish for Hot Mamma. I checked out the link to the author and true enough, the author is indeed a hot mamma to 2 cute children. The layout is pretty and nice. You know, I'm a sucker for black, it just has that much impact and the layout is modified by no other than the author herself, Sam or Samantha since we're not close yet. She's a blog designer and has designed for Wordpress themes, one blog which I have reviewed in this contest too. I have to admire the fact that her blog post title font is different from her body font which is a tweak that I really enjoy. I love seeing the script font at her blog titles. One little thing though, I'm missing the categories page, so I can know what she writes mostly about.

Contentwise, the blog boasts of posts which are sponsored posts, and opinions as the writer asserts that she is opinionated. Articles with a wide range of interests, of friends, occassions, baby pictures and so much more. The blog enjoys a healthy pr of 2 and an alexa ranking 500,000+ which is worth mentioning. Music videos are also posted, so certainly the blog has anything that you might like and enjoy. The posts are written in a conversational manner so you certainly will enjoy the chat.

Stalking Minds: A Review

Stalking Minds said in his about portion that "I’m an individual who was just trying to prove my worth on this planet, taking life as a challege. I love to stalk the minds of people that surrounds me hence I started this blog to share my thoughts about things that I find interesting."

From a variety of personal posts, hmm, cosplay anyone? I'll be going as Sakura the Cardcaptor or be a waterbender like Katara. The blogger showed that he earned some moolah using paypal wishlist, oh I gotta try that. Then delving further into his archives, I discover that he is a proud daddy blogger. Wow! I am totally blown away by Daddy Bloggers. I get the frame of mind of moms, but dads who blog, well, I have to start teaching hubby to blog. Perhaps a math blog? I digress.

Let's talk blog layout. I'd rate it a 5 out of 5 with very neat, masculine, and clean layout. I love that all links to the navigation bar are working. No clutter which is a plus factor for me. There is a related links widget which can help you jump to other posts which may be interesting to you.

Contentwise: A variety of masculine interests like boxing. News alerts on Cebu Pacific Sales which are great for travellers, going home for the holidays, etc. Personal stuff about his kids which made me smile. Some informative and entertaining videos. Opinions about Google Doodles. Contests around the web which are very interesting.

The blog has anything and everything under the sun that will surely keep your interest. Go on, be a stalker.

Diva Fabulosa: A Review

Dear Reader,

First words that come to mind when I hear the words Diva Fabulosa is it has to be a fashion blog. True enough, I am not disappointed. That goes to show that the blog's title is perfect for it.

Diva Fabulosa is authored by the fabulous Diva herself, Jade. With a fabulous diva at the helm of this very chic and fashionable blog, you definitely can't go wrong. If you want to learn about the newest fashion trends, whether for swimsuit, laptop skins, and even learn things like fashion photography. This blog is for you.
The header says you'll chat about love, fashion and celebrities. Truly what all females love to chat about.

The blog is written in a conversational matter, engaging its reader with witty repartee. The topic ranges from anything fashionable, men's clothing, women's of course, and even beauty products. Well, indeed to look fashionable must one also look his/her best. I've even fallen for that bag when she was talking about bright colors as being hot.

Have I written about the template yet? I'm drooling over it. Once again, I am gravitating towards a blog design by Kaye. Seriously, I am now a big fan. Let's hope I get drawn as a lucky contestant so I have the money to buy myself a blog design.

I love the layout which is a 3-column blog template with 2 sidebars at the right. It's my dream design. It makes the blog look neat and uncluttered. Pretty navigation bar which will make your life easier as you jump from what the blog has to offer to another category. Simplicity and beauty at its best.

Go on. I know you yourself want to become a fabulous diva, and you will courtesy of Diva Fabulosa

Momma Wannabe: A Review

Dear Reader,

I perceived the term wannabe in a negative connotation a long, long time ago. I never saw the term used in becoming a mom, which then made me rethink of my opinion about wannabes. If there was a profile photo that entices its viewers to learn more about the person, Jade would be on the number 1 on my list. I just love her profile photo and the header just totally fits with how she looks.

The blog is a journal one woman's journey to motherhood. If there's anyone who I feel I'm rooting for to become a mom, I think Jade's the one. Her blog entires about ivf is something that is very enlightening. It's so different for everyone. Others have it easy in becoming, and others find it very difficult. Nevertheless, I'm pretty sure that when God grants her wish in becoming a mother, she will be ready and able.

Jade writes for numerous blogs, very insightful, fashionable, and due to her success she has even hosted some giveaways which I think I tried to participate in a long time ago. She's a Filipina in Singapore who also joins some Memes like Music Monday. I definitely agree that Besame Mucho is very relaxing.

I can go on and on about her, but hey, hop on board and you'll know what I'm talking about and that Momma Wannabe is a blog you shouldn't miss. Plus you just gotta love her favicon. It's just perfect.

Letters That I'll Never Send:

Welcome to Letters That I'll Never Send:
Today's Topic/Theme:  A Letter To A Child
Thank you for reading.
If you want to participate, just grab the button and leave the link to your post at the bottom.
Thanks!

Dear Maegan and Paul (the monster kids),

Here I am, taking a break from you and from the reviews. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that there would be a long, long, extension. Distractions are all around me. You should know that even when I get cross with the both of you, since you two always find a way to double team me, I still love you, even when I'm grumpy, even when I'm shouting already. I'm sorry, you actually deserve a better mom. I'm not a good mom and I've admitted that already about a million and one times. I will keep learning. You two are so different from each other but you get jealous too much of each other, I seem to not be able to find the middle ground. Well, all I really want to say is I love you. Take care of your dad for me, take care of your grandparents too. If you grow old, love each other and stick out for one another. That's all I have to say for now, as I go run my village to relax my mind. Mwah. I love you Bosyong and Basyang (hahaha! Will I get reprimanded if you read this in the far future) I have to convince you Maegan to go back to school first. (Lol!) I love you Basyang. You make my day when you joke around and say 'Yes sir Mommy!' which little Paul parrots. I love you Bosyong. You made my day when you told mommy that you love me. It's the first time I ever heard you say it. Thanks Paul.

300th Post: Should I or Shouldn't I?

Dear Reader,

My question is with regards to finishing the reviews. Oh well, I'm getting sidetracked by my impulsive desire to start retweaking my blog. The contest is actually getting extended. Would it make up for it though if instead of just reviewing the blogs, I start commenting on those blogs instead? Like 10 quality comments per blog? But where in the world will I find quality comments. Usually, when I read posts, I rarely leave comments unless I'm compelled to. Or the post really said something that touched a chord.

The blogs I have yet to review are the following:

Azumi
Fab Momma
Mara's Personal Bubble
Mara's Appetite
The Pinay Blogger @ Home
Diva Fabulosa
Best vacation Places
Momma Wannabee
Advising Writers
United World Poets
A Mom's Life and Loves
Happy Thoughts
Niko's Blog
Lover's Mushroom

Do I have 3600 or more words in me?

As I write this, other things are flooding my mind.
I'm writing it down now, in case I forget.

Beginning March, Letters That I'll Never Send will be hosted by a different blog. (I'm still contemplating on this one but maybe)

Hopefully, I get to find the time and the inspiration to write the other reviews just to be fair, since there are at least 2 bloggers there who visit my blog and I'd love to give them a positive review as thanks for visitng my site.

Living Life to the Fullest!

Dear Reader,

In the long line of new bloggers I've encountered as I go on in this blog review craze, this is the first blog I've encountered that has 2 sidebars on the left.
Living Life to the Fullest!
Tips, Articles and Facts about ALMOST everything in this journey called life.
is what the header says.

The blogger participates in Memes like Mommy Moments and Girls Talk. I was actually amazed to the details she shared about watches. I was practically staring at the watches for more thank 10 minutes now. I'm also impressed that they've won an Ipod Touch by joining contests. She likes joining contests like me. Her photo for her profile completely won me over. Such a sweet moment.

She's a fan of movies and she posts about Guinness World Records which just goes to show that her blog is filled with very entertaining and informative posts that anyone and everyone can read and enjoy. I am falling in love with her writeups about movies and I truly enjoyed the "Then and Now"  photos of the cast of the Twilight Saga.

Whether you're into movies or just looking for something to read, you can't go wrong with Living life to the fullest!

Online Mommy's Corner: A Review

Dear Reader,

*This is a blog review, an entry for Kaye & Pehpot's Blogversary Contest*

Online Mommy's Corner is a Wordpress hosted blog. It is the corner in the blogging universe where she shares her journey as a woman, friend, wife, mother and as a child of God. The header is cute because the elements of the header are clickables (to borrow a term from Pehpot). The header looks like a postcard which is just plain adorable. The blog has 2 sidebars which I'm envious of. I find it cute that everything fits. Somehow, I wonder why all the buttons in my page look too big and hers manages to be just right. Perhaps it is because of her hosting?

It is a personal blog with topics that range from contests (which I like), personal stories like the time she visited a dentist, parenting stories ( when her daughter learns to pray) and so much more that any one would love to read it and become a witness to her story.

She also joins memes like Word Filled Wednesdays and Mommy Moments. This blog is not something to be missed, it is definitely something to be read. There are also posts about money making opportunities. Monthly top commenter is awarded with a space in her blog that is a must-grab since the blog enjoys a rank of pr1.

Go on to Online Mommy's Corner and learn more about the blogger behind it.

In My Psyche: A Review

Dear Reader,

In My Psyche is a personal blog authored by Peppermayo (are those condiments?) whose occupation is a troublemaker. Don't look at me that way, that's what it says at the profile page.  The blog is a very personal blog as the blog title suggests because Psyche means mind and not the Psyche who is a mortal turned immortal because of Cupid ( sorry, remnants of Greek Mythology addiction courtesy of Percy Jackson).

Right off the bat, with such a fun-filled profile I learned to expect the unexpected. The writer really has a fun way in writing which connects her to her reader. Humor and Seriousness are well-balanced. Opinions are also really thought-provoking is a word that comes to mind. I find myself nodding when I read her post about an entry about Kris Aquino-Yap. What are people thinking nowadays? Putting a like with a thumbsup sign on a status that says she's in the hospital.

I have no complaints about the blog design/layout. I've been raving about the cutest blog on the block backgrounds since forever. She also participates in some of the funniest and fun-filled memes like Thursday Thunks which I adore too. You've got nothing to lose if you delve yourself in her psyche.

Careless Whispers: A Review

Dear Reader,

Careless Whispers is not about the song that made Hayden Kho and whats her name famous. It is a personal blog. Unfortunately, I can't find who. There is a photo of the blogger though, so never fear. The blog header is simple with a small space for the main posts and a single sidebar. The simplicity of the header invites intrigue and mystery which will make you go on and read the entries.

The blog is filled with tags, stories, ads, day to day events. I'm loving the posts on health, safety issues and contests which are my favorite issues. She has a child who has scoliosis. I think it's very hard for a mom when her kids are sick. I feel her concern in her posts. She's looking for all the ways that scoliosis can be cured/treated. The blogs are informative and others are entertaining. It truly is something that anyone and everyone can enjoy.

When I review blogs, I now have things I look for. I look for archives. I look for categories or labels since they are important which has been pointed out to me. I look for the author. I don't begrudge those who have a one column-sidebar. I have the same and we all suffer the same thing. Organizing the sidebar in a way that they make sense and dumping some at the footer. Hopefully the author of the blog takes note of what I write since I bet most of the reviewers would look for the same thing.

Written by Mys: A Review

Dear Reader,

As I am making my reviews and dreading to make the others because I know that I have a lot of positive things to say but can't. Not just yet. I had to sit back and take an unbiased look. My blog is a mixed blog, naturally there will be a whole range of topics that this blog can offer. I envy those who have particular niches so other bloggers know that they can turn to them with a specific issue in mind. An example would be Pehpot's Sexy Blogging. You know it's about feminine health, so when you have a question or anything you know that's the blog to turn to. Well, when all the reviews are finished, I guess I have to go to a point in time where I would like to go with my blog or if I'd like to write for more blogs.

I love my blog template, that's true. I paid good money for it. But upon my reviews of other sites, I feel as if my blog is cluttered. How I wish to have that sidebar clean and uncluttered. I promise to try fixing how my sidebar looks. The negative aspect of having too many things on your sidebar is that the sidebar grows long and you have to compensate with the number of posts on your front page. Seriously, I appreciate blogs who have 2-3 posts in the front and have 2 column sidebars, whether it's left and right or all right is great looking for me.

Reviewing blogs for the biggest contest in the blogniverse made me realize something. Although most of the comments have been compliments and praise, I wish someone would take that step a bit further. I know that we are not pros and I dream of the day when I can even say that your blog is not css-html validated or whatever that means.

I actually have a dream reviewer for my blog. I love the wit and the sarcasm. It's the 'in your face' kind of review I was hoping to get. Most who joined Kaye & Pehpot's contest are so sweet, that I don't think they'll write anything of that sort. 10 Things I Hate About Your Site does the reviews I so wish to receive. Of course, I'll never forget the first review Pehpot made for my site a long time ago.

Keeping my fingers crossed, if I win anything. I'm getting a tweak at my blog layout. I'm turning it into 2 column-sidebars so that you, my patient reader will not have to worry about too many things loading on the page.

Her and History: A Review

Dear Reader,

Meet the blogger who has finished all of the reviews and is now happily commenting and visting sponsor blogs. No other than Genebei Faith. Such a cute name. Did you notice her post signature? It's made by Kaye, one of the blogging geniuses who dreamed up this biggest contest in the blogniverse which Gene has already done. Wah.

I know her from some of the other contests she've already entered. She's also a coucher like me. I'm pretty sure that I've visited her blog before, but it didn't look like this, then. I love how she writes, it sounds as if she's pretty much having a conversation with you. The reviews she've made for the contest is truly impressive, she uses both the technical and conversational tones in the review.

I love how she shares her stories and I like her even more after having discovered that she's a teacher. I have a soft spot for teachers. My mom is a retired one. I also love that the blog is filled with pictures of her family. It just touches the heart.

Get to know Her and History even more by visiting her today. It is a blog that will warm you up. From contest hunters to mommy bloggers and everyone in between. Genejosh will give you something to read that you'll absolutely adore and cherish.

TCP: For Love of Family

Dear Reader,

This is my entry for today's theme: For Love of Family.

I am not sure whether anyone has seen this. I saw this at Hallmark Channel and though I saw it on tv it is defined as made for tv movie.

The title of the movie is: Gracie's Choice.

The Summary: Threatened once again with juvenile hall and foster care as a result of her drug-addicted mother's irresponsible behavior, seventeen-year-old Gracie make an unprecedented sacrifice to keep herself and her siblings together-by fighting the courts to become legally emancipated from her mother, terminate her parenting rights, and be named the boys' adoptive parent.

If you're interested: Here's a clip of the movie. This is the end of the movie and shows the decision of the court.

My version of the summary: Gracie is a smart student being raised by her grandmother. The welfare checks keep coming, she maintains a job while going to school. Her mom is a no-good mom played by Anne Heche. It's a very dramatic movie. The guidance counselor tries to help her. Her boyfriend tries to help her but then he also gets scared of the thought that she wants to be a mom to her brothers though all of them are her half-brothers. She learns that when you open a bank account, your money earns you money. Things like that which she learns will help her family in the long run. To see the judges' decision on her emancipation. Watch the video clip.
Kristen Bell is famous for playing Veronica Mars, starred in Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Couples Retreat, also the voice of Gossip Girl. She also played Elle Bishop in Heroes (the tv series).

More movies? Click on the banner on top and tell me what's your pick in this genre!

P.S. Gracie's Choice is based on a true story and here's the link to an article from Reader's Digest.

Pen, Paper, Pan: A Review

Dear Reader,

Don't you just love that header? Well, what do you know, that header was the brainchild of the 2 geniuses hosting the biggest contest in the blogniverse, Kaye & Pehpot. Yes, this is a blog review for the said contest. What I'm discovering is that I'm turning out to be a fan of the layouts they've been churning out. Have you seen the Marce Club and the portfolio of WAHMaholic.

Pen, Paper and Pan from the title alone makes me imagine a food blog. A writer for a food blog. Those were my expectations. The blog is actually a personal blog which is the journey of a woman who is embracing the life of a full time work at home mom. The layout, is super cute, unique, stands out and very neat and pretty. Clear Categories and Archives are posted on the sidebar so the blog is easy to navigate.

Some posts are about earning money online. She also joins in some weekly memes like Girls Talk, Mommy Moments, Couple's Corner, Litratong Pinoy and Food Trip Friday which I so thoroughly enjoy looking at the photos. She also loves to join blog contests and there are stories of her and her family.

It's a blog you will thoroughly enjoy. The blog is written in 2 languages. Filipino for the Litratong Pinoy entries and English in most of the others. Readers who can't understand Filipino however, will appreciate the fact that the entries in Tagalog are filled with photos depicting a theme since it is done in participation to a weekly photo meme.

It has anything and everything that you would or might be interested in. You can't go wrong by reading Pen, Paper, Pan.

Just Throw Money: A Review

Dear Reader,

Finding the blog that can tell you where you can earn online and blog about it. The Sharkbytes does just that. The blog layout is clean, neat and perfect for an earning money online blog. The blog discusses the advertising companies used by bloggers. There's also a healthy dose of topics that can inform you about browsers.

The blog also features a lot of pay per click sites. It tells you which one works and what methods she has used to earn even more. The blog is truly full of information. Information that is both useful and informative. I love that the blog chronicles earnings, other online moneymaking methods that she has tried and tested. From paid to write posts, where you can join, to paid to click sites, even advertising companies where she invested or are interested in, you will get your fill of important links and information that can help you in your journey to blogging and trying to earn

Cotton Candy Buzz: Review

Dear Reader,

Cotton Candy Buzz is a 3 column template with the sidebars at left and right. Left sidebar is filled with links to interesting sites, and 5 more blogs the writer owns. The blog is teeming with information and categories labeled correctly, that it's really tempting me to redo my complete labeling system. Right sidebar is dedicated to buttons and other credits.

What do I love about this blog? You get to know a lot about a person by the stories they share, the movies they like, the music they enjoy and the art they prefer. I am really enjoying the country feel of her blog. It just fills me up with warmth. I love her appreciation of the wonders of colors. I also found out that she's looking forward to Alice in Wonderland which I like and truly am looking forward to as well. But she's much more updated than me, since she also blogged about Avril Lavigne as one of the contributors in the official soundtrack of the movie.

The writer is a work-at-home mom to two. She blogs about earning money online, and even watching movies for free. So, with a wide range of topics she writes about and her beautiful mastery of the English language. I assure you that her blog has a lot to offer for anyone who takes the time to read it.
Come on and give her a visit now. Rizza will surely appreciate it. You won't regret it.

Super Gulaman: A Review

Dear Reader,

  1. Super Gulaman is a blog written in Filipino, so non-Filipino speaking/reading bloggers arm yourselves with Google Translate.
  2. I found the blog creative, and amusing to say the least. It also goes to show with the healthy number of blog followers he has. The template alone is something that I'm pretty much fond of. I am always in awe of those who choose to have a black background. He used white for his font color, yellow and blue to provide contrasts which to me are perfect blends for blogs with backgrounds of black.
  3. Gulaman is actually Gula-Man, my discovery upon reading the history of Super Gulaman - so yes, super gulaman is indeed a superhero.
  4. I love his viewpoint on teachers being moulders.
  5. The blog is informative and very opinionated. Informative, because he gives out links to new episodes of anime which my husband so loves, so his blog is definitely going to get bookmarked.
  6. The blog will also entice gamers, there are offers of free games and even movie buffs and addicts.
  7. It is a personal blog so expect stories, opinions, and family.
  8. There's also an amusing Frequently Asked Question's Page. I'm just loving the navigation bar and the many things I'm discovering, as I'm perfectly sure, you will too.

* Least I forget, this is a blog review, an entry for the biggest contest in the blogniverse which is hosted by Kaye & Pehpot*

Yena's World: A Blog Review

Dear Reader,

I am in for a treat, finally I get to review a Kid's Blog. The Kid Blogger is Yena, daughter of Biboy and Niko. Yes, you read that right. It's a blogging family. It kinda makes me wonder how the setup is, who gets the pc first, or do they all have laptops each.
The layout is very pretty, the header is just so adorable and I certainly agree that Yena is indeed very cute. The blog is a 3-column template, with 2 column sidebars at the right side. Buttons of her mom and dad's blogs are displayed. Her blog badge is also totally cute.
The content of the blog are of Mommy Moments, occasions and wonderful photos and even videos of the vibrant and dynamic little girl. We get to meet the driving force of Niko for the reviews she's making for the Kaye & Pehpot's Blogversary Contest. I just love the story when she was a flower girl. I'm trying to imagine whether my daughter can achieve that feat too. To be able to march without crying is such a big achievement. Kudos to Niko for raising such a great child.
The blog will surely appeal to anyone and everyone as they are amazed and become witnesses to a life of a very special and adorable girl. Go and find out for yourself and enter Yena's World.

Trendy and Heartily Yours: A Review

Dear Reader,

*This is a blog review, an entry to Kaye and Pehpot's Blogversary Contest*

Trendy and Heartily Yours is a very fashionable blog. If you're like me who loves vectors and cliparts, the blog template would be something that you'll really like. The blog template is beautiful and features a very prominent female at the header. It's a light blue template with a cute sidebar. Seriously though, I'm betting you'll love to grab her button since the button is truly fashionable and trendy. Trendy and Heartily Yours was formerly known as Online Trends Now, if my memory serves me correctly. It is one of Niko's numerous blogs. This one, however concentrates on gossip, celebrity news, online trends and so much more.

Currently, most of the blog posts are about blog reviews but that is to be expected since she is a part of the Marce club and she is participating in the biggest contest in the blogniverse. What can you expect from her blog? News about Tiger Woods, did you see watch his latest public apology about admitting that his wife never hurt him and that he was selfish by only thinking of himself? To tv shows that Niko enjoys.

So, if you want to be in the loop and always updated. You have nothing to worry about. Just go on to Trendy and Heartily Yours and all the entertainment news that you want will be on your fingertips.

Heart Random: A Review

Dear Reader,

Sherry is the writer of the blog Heart Random. This is her personal and jewelry blog. If you must know, I've known Sherry for a while now. I used to have my own contest blog because I was so influenced by her devotion to contests. Yes, Sherry is one of many contest hunters like me. I'm perfectly sure that if you stumble upon her blog you will get links to a lot of contests that are currently running. She's also hosting a giveaway right now, if you are from Malaysia you better take notice. Since the blog is a jewelry blog which showcases her finds and some of the things she has made, you can also expect more things that a woman would want to spend on. She blogs about fashion, cosmetics, oh she has lovely shades of nail polish.

The blog has a lot to offer for the fashionista, the contest hunter/freebie hunter, the discount hunter and those who just want something new to read. The layout is actually cool and pleasing to the eye. It's not cluttered or obtrusive. Furthermore, you will be impressed with the blog's alexa ranking and pr. She has 312 twitter followers and alexa ranking that is up at 300,000+, surely you will not go wrong in reading this blog.

Learn more about Sherry, Jewelry, Fashion and Cosmetics. It's what we girls love to talk about.

Looking Forward To:

Yay! A Twilight Graphic novel! It's going to be released on March 16,2010. A Korean did it. So I'm not really sure whether it's going to be colored all the way, black and white or what. I'm just majorly curious on how it's going to work out.

I wonder if my daughter will be scared specially as Helena Bonham Carter shouts:"Off with her Head!"

I'm looking forward to seeing my crush

I never even knew he starred in this movie, now I'm going to look for it. This photo is from his movie Dorian Gray. But you might know him better as Caspian, King of Narnia. I'm looking forward to the 3rd installment of Narnia. What about you?

Glitter Page: A Review

Dear Reader,

*This is a blog review, an entry to Kaye & Pehpot's Blogversary Contest.*

What is cute, pink and fluffy all over? It is the very successful blog named Glitter Page. It is a Wordpress hosted blog, I think. I could be wrong. The blog is ultra-feminine and I feel as if I'm a kid again just by looking at it. The layout and the template design is cute and neat. I called the blog a successful blog because of its Alexa ranking which is in the 300,000+. The blog also enjoys a Page Rank of 2. When you visit the blog, you get to see how many are online with you and she had 7 online just at that time while I was there. That, is pretty impressive.

The blog also recently hosted its own domain giveaway contest. Too bad, I missed that one. The blog is a personal blog and topics that range from her career life, her rants, her euphoria and everything else in between are posted.

The sidebars are also filled with relevant links that may interest other bloggers or generally persons who go online, hoping to earn money on the side. You also learn about her favorite things and you learn more about who she is.
The blog is entertaining and filled with a typical journal. You may laugh, cry, or be entertained. Rest assured, that there is something in the blog for everyone.

Wonder Wifey: A Review

Dear Reader,

*This is a blog review entry for Kaye & Pehpot's Blogversary Contest*

If I had to pick a template of my own, I really love the journal type or notebook type template. Wonder Wifey is just making me green with envy. This is what a diary would look like and I am loving the template. Not so much, a diary, maybe a planner and with all the post-its stuck between. I love the layout, there's no doubt about it. The left hand page are the entries, the right hand - 2 column sidebars.

If I thought Pehpot had a lot of blogs then I just finally found the one who can one-up Pehpot's numerous blogs. The author of Wonder Wifey, Clarisse is a writer of 9 (read that as n-i-n-e) blogs. Blogs that are hosted in different platforms and of different topics.

Wonder Wifey is more of a product review blog. It also boasts of suggested products, for your kids, for the mom, for the wife and a whole lot more. "If you're after product reviews, consumer items, household tips, recipes and everything else a Wonder Wifey can possibly pull off, YOU'RE ON THE RIGHT SITE! " - this is what Wonder Wifey is all about. You have to try the 5 minute mug cake as it says it only takes 5 minutes. But what I think every household should have and I've posted about it before. Everyone must have a go-bag. I intend to repost this as soon as all my reviews are in. It is indeed a necessity. Plus it has a complete listing of what one must have. Mine was just a cursory glance and with no specified quantity.

Go ahead, be the wonder wife, mom, and woman that you can or want to be. This blog is definitely for everyone.

Coffee, Anyone?: A Review

Dear Reader,

*This is a blog review entry for Kaye & Pehpot's Blogversary Contest. I promise that the blog I'm about to review is definitely worth your time. Read on to discover why.*

Here's another review by the author Clarisse, I just love her post signature. Don't you? It totally fits with the title of her blog, Coffee,Anyone? The blog is described as "It's not work. It's not home. It's that comforting space between, where I gather my thoughts; and connect with fellow beings who treat each moment as a gift, and are grateful for life."

I look at a blog and usually try to find what I have in common with the author. Eons ago, I was a coffee fanatic. Chalk that up to my roommate and traditions of my mom with her friend who spend ages in talking across coffee cups. I like the fact that Clarisse likes to save trees and I really like her car

I should also mention that they have an online store which carries interesting items. Among them that caught my attention would be this.
If you're interested in finding out more, grab that cup of  coffee now.
Other details about the blog is that yes, it's a bravenet hosted blog, but never fear since a bravenet blog has all the yummy perks of having a calendar and a guestbook too. Plus archives are also easy to manage. So, come on and take her up on her offer of coffee. I'm sure you'll not regret it.

Meet me here for coffee, hot chocolate, a piƱa colada or a glass of wine.
